Hey guys, been a while since my last update here so let me give you a status update:

My work on TNE has been very slow due to my school work but other members of the team have been hard at work at producing new content and we should really start to pick up steam once the semester comes to a close. One of our mappers, Jeanytu has made some pretty nice panorama shots of some of the maps and I thought I'd post the ones of Tantive and Deathstar up here. These should be appearing on the official site soon.

Aside from that I've been working on weapon model development so our coder can get them ingame. The only real issue I've faced is how to have "dynamic hand models" for the weapons, as the player models we'll have are vastly different (battledroid hands, human hands, etc) and to make seperate view models for each player model would be time consuming and impossible. However that issue will be looked at later so it doesn't completely hold me back from making progress.

So thats that for now, I'll be done with my semester at the end of this month and be able to get back to modding

I apologize for the lack of updates lately, school has been very busy and I haven't had much time to even work on stuff for TNE. Needless to say I haven't been able to work on the Full Authentic tutorial and probably won't be able to until the semester ends.

Well I've been working hard on getting Tantive ready for a media update for the TNE site, figured I'd pop a shot on here of the conference room WIP:



Aside from that I'm still working on the FA tutorial, been a bit lazy with that as theres alot of ground to cover

Also in site news the comments have been fixed so people can post comments finally. My web hosters were kind enough to figure out what was going on and correct it for me. So keep checking back, I'll try to have the tutorial done soon.

A bit late, but happy new year! I look at this year as "year of the Star Wars", since its been 30 years since the first Star Wars hit the big screen.

My work on tantive lately has been focused on the bridge/cockpit as seen in ROTS, with a bit of loose reference to how it appeared in Battlefront 2. I'll try to get screenies in as soon as possible. In other news I will be working on the forth tutorial for my Movie Battles 2 mapping series, this one focusing on the Full Authentic/Semi Authentic Mode files and how they work. Once this is done people should be able to make a complete MBII map work with all the trimmings.

Aside from that I'm going to be putting my old banner script back that had a different banner for each day of the week, I found it added a nice change of scenery to the site.
